- 2 Doctors Exams, 2 Routine Cleanings and Necessary X-Rays
- 1 Emergency Care visit: Exam and necessary x-rays
- Oral Cancer Screening with Oral ID Technology
- 2 Fluoride treatments when indicated
- Full mouth in office whitening for $199
- 20% discount on all other dental treatment including, but not limited to: dental fillings, extractions, implants, root canals, crowns

Healthy Child (Under 18)
Total Annual Cost:
$340
- 2 Doctors Exams, 2 Routine Cleanings and Necessary X-Rays
- 1 Emergency Care visit: Exam and necessary x-rays

- Up to 2 Fluoride Treatments when indicated
- Full mouth whitening for $199
